Pricing: pay for the work, not a seat

Solo is $49 a month. Studio is $149 a month. Scale is sized and quoted for teams that need their category watched around the clock. Every plan puts an AI analyst on your competitors and your market - it surfaces the insights, builds the reports and takes the monitoring off your plate. No kickoff call, no seats to count.

How usage works

You pay for the work, not for seats. Solo and Studio each include a month of usage; the bigger the plan, the more competitors and the more often the analyst can watch. Need more in a given month, you can add usage at any time, and your existing work stays yours to read either way. Solo and Studio are monthly, and you can cancel any time. See the refund policy for the details.

How this compares

Social intelligence has mostly been sold as enterprise software, behind a sales call. Published and commonly reported prices for the tools teams usually compare us with:

  • Brandwatch - no published pricing; users commonly report entry plans around $800+/month on annual terms. See Brandwatch alternative.
  • Sprinklr - enterprise contracts reported from around $50,000/year. See Sprinklr alternative.
  • Sprout Social - listening is a premium add-on commonly reported at $999/month on top of per-seat plans. See Sprout Social alternative.
  • Brand24 - $199 to $599/month for keyword-capped mention feeds. See Brand24 alternative.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Scolto cost?

Solo is $49/month and Studio is $149/month, self-serve. Scale is quoted for teams that need their category watched around the clock, on an annual agreement.

Is there a free way to try it?

Yes. You can start self-serve and see the analyst design a monitoring plan for your brief before you choose a plan.

Is there an annual contract?

Not on Solo or Studio: they are monthly and you can cancel any time. Scale is an annual agreement, invoiced.

Do you charge per seat?

No. You pay for the work the analyst does, not for the number of people reading it.

What happens if I need more in a month?

You can add usage at any time, or move up a plan. Your existing reports and data stay yours to read either way.

Where are insights and reports delivered?

In the Scolto app, and to Slack, WhatsApp or email for standing responsibilities. Anything you make can be shared by link.

What is the cheapest alternative to Brandwatch or Sprinklr?

Scolto starts at $49/month, self-serve, against enterprise suites that do not publish pricing and are commonly reported from around $800/month (Brandwatch) to $50,000/year (Sprinklr). The trade: Scolto covers social intelligence, not the full enterprise suite of care, publishing and compliance tools.
